An allyship training course composed of educational and inspiring LGBTQ+ 101 workshops sharing theoretical DEI knowledge, best practice examples, and lived experiences of a range of guest speakers. Upon completion of this guided 'peer to peer' training programme, participants were able to apply and disseminate their learnings within the institution.
