Omnicom
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
We Create Space supports Omnicom's LGBTQ+ ERG (Open Pride) across their global agencies, coordinating intersectional collaborations with other ERG's, like OpenPride and BLQ's joint event "Black/LGBT+ : Showing Up for Each Other". 2024 was Omnicom's fourth year as an annual membership holder and together we organised Pride programming as well as exploring topics like Courageous Conversations and Trans & Non-Binary Reflections on Creativity.
Merck
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Merck's fourth year as annual membership holders included a mix of webinars, workshops, panels, and consultancy time. Merck used the consultant sessions to have us meet with their regional Rainbow Alliance leaders across the US, EMEA, APJC, LATAM to build bespoke webinars and panels focused on topics related to the respective regions. In 2024 we have delivered sessions in both English and Spanish, focused on Global Allyship, Having Courageous Conversations, Inclusive Event Planning, Cross-Collaborative ERG Initiatives and Trans & Non-Binary Allyship,
