2022 QUEER LEADERSHIP UK SUMMIT & RETREAT
QUEER LEADERSHIP:
LISTEN & LEARN
PAUSE & CONNECT
DISCUSS & GET CURIOUS
Supporting Queer Leaders in their roles as change-agents, during Pride and beyond.
We know that being a visible Queer Leader during Pride season requires increased energy, awareness and resilience. It comes with added pressures, responsibility and often hidden personal costs. We know this from our own personal experiences of burnout, and the countless conversations we’ve had with clients and our community. That’s why wellbeing and mental health have to become a priority on the journey of any Queer Leader if we want to make long-lasting impact and change within our organisations and communities; during Pride and beyond.
Our annual Pride gatherings offer an exciting mix of workshops and panel discussions; all designed to support the holistic development, growth and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ leaders and change-makers.
