Aitch is non-binary, Scottish and a leading expert in addressing Sexual and Gender Based Violence and Harassment (SGBVH), passionate about supporting survivors. They have successfully led anti-harassment and bystander intervention initiatives at leading Higher Education Institutions. They are a train-the-trainer specialist who is committed to making inclusive and engaging learning experiences.They have also contributed their expertise to a range of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) projects for notable clients such as Google and BT Group. They currently serve as the Harassment Prevention Coordinator in the Equality and Diversity Unit at the University of Oxford where they oversee the university's Harassment Advisory Line, provide guidance on EDI strategy and support a network of 450+ Harassment Advisors across all departments and colleges.
