Ajay is an award-winning social entrepreneur and artist who supports underrepresented young Londoners to access the creative sector. He delivers and designs programmes and consults businesses to embed diversity and inclusion at the core of their activities. Ajay has spoken at international summits on community building, creativity, and advocating for visibility and representation in the creative workforce. He is proud to have been showcased on platforms such as Westfield podcast ‘How I Got Here’ and BBC Radio Oxford for his work around Art Clubbers. As a Civic Futures Fellow, Ajay will take part in a collective learning and discovery experience with the Greater London Authority, focusing on the London Recovery Board’s missions to encourage collaboration and experimentation around the 9 recovery missions. Ajay's personal mission is to shine a limelight on individuals from BAME and LGBT+ intersections and the unique talent they bring to the creative sector. In 2020, he was featured by Pride In London as one of their 52 dynamic and thought-provoking LGBT+ visual artists. Ajay is passionate about recruitment, leadership, intersectionality, identity, culture change, community building, and activism.
