Asha is a public speaker, writer and founder of Indigo Inclusion an anti-racist diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consultancy. They combine strategic thinking, intersectional expertise and a human-based approach to create sustainable change within workplaces so that employees and businesses can thrive and grow. Asha is also a committee member for the London Bisexual Network and volunteer for Outvertising. She loves to speak about the intersections between queer and South Asian culture, mental health and all things DEI.
