Don is currently the Global DEI Manager at Henkel, a multinational company. In his role, Don is dedicated to fostering equitable workplaces for all, regardless of gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, nationality, disabilities, and other identities. Originally from Kerala, India, where he was born into a Catholic family, Don lived in Singapore for nearly 11 years before moving to Amsterdam, where he has resided for the past 7 years. Alongside his DEI work, Don is also a certified yoga teacher and is passionate about spirituality and an animal lover. Don is an advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace, intersectionality, addressing microaggressions, and promoting inclusive, empathetic leadership through vulnerability.
