Emilia is a trauma informed psychotherapist specialised in relationships. With a global perspective, shaped by living in eight countries across four continents, she deeply understands the mental health challenges that come with adapting to life abroad. As an integrative therapist, Emilia is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities and has worked with diverse clients from all walks of life. Recognizing that true healing rarely happens in isolation, she began specialising in relationships and trauma healing, focusing on the importance of community in the process. Since 2019, Emilia has run her private practice, serving the English-speaking community in Barcelona.
