Emma is a transgender woman and a seasoned community organiser and campaigner with over a decade's worth of experience in delivering change for marginalised communities across the UK. With a keen interest in public policy, Emma has worked to coordinate the efforts of third sector organisations in responses to emerging LGBTQ+ legislation, including Gender Recognition Act Reform, SRE Guidance in schools, and more.
