Erica is a trailblazer in the field of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, having designed and embedded global EDI practices and ERG networks. She supports organisations across all sectors in her role as Managing Director of Unleashed International. Erica is a skilled and pragmatic change manager, she has worked globally, supporting people across all regions, improving workplace practices for over 30 years! Erica is an experienced LGBTQ+ speaker & ambassador. She has participated in WCS Panel discussions and contributed to several publications (Queer Leadership – Intergenerational Wisdom, LGBTQ+ Parenting, LGBTQ+ and Mental Health). She was the LGBTQ+ spokesperson for The Body Shop, participating in national and local radio interviews.
