Dr Gus is a DEI expert and consultant with 15+ years of experience and an intersectional background: retail, luxury, legal, corporate; a people-first leader with strategic skills to deliver global strategies with a localised approach. In his PhD he addressed the role of International Law in protecting identities, and for the past few years has been supporting companies to embed high standards of protection and celebration of identities in their policies and best practices. As a qualified lawyer, he also has the expertise to be a strategic partner and collaborator, supporting businesses in anticipating future needs and embedding inclusive standards across their workstreams. He is a worldwide speaker, certified coach and lecturer, as well as a tutor at Istituto Marangoni in Fashion Business, Market Research and Inclusive Design.
