Josh is an accomplished podcaster, communications professional, public figure, and LGBTQ community builder, who has dedicated himself to promoting inclusion and diversity. Since 2016, Josh has been actively engaged in community work, with a focus on exploring queer Black cultures, identities and experiences. He is the creator and host of the award-winning Busy Being Black podcast, and serves as the Head of Cultural Partnerships for UK Black Pride. Josh's work extends beyond the podcast, having worked with international LGBTQ human rights charities, including Kaleidoscope Trust and The Commonwealth Equality Network. He has also co-founded Series Q, a network for LGBTQ entrepreneurs, and volunteered for OutRight Action International's Young People's Engagement Committee. In recognition of his contributions, Josh has been named one of the UK's most influential communications professionals in PRWeek's 2022 Power Book and is a nominee for the 2023 British LGBT Awards' Outstanding Contribution to LGBT Life.
