Originally from Trinidad and Tobago but based in London, Liam currently works in Diversity and Inclusion for EY. A early champion of LGBT+ inclusivity, he was previously the global co-chair of HyPride, Hyatt's LGBT+ Employee Resource Group, for several years leading on strategies and campaigns to engage internal and external LGBT+ and ally communities. Ranking fourth in the 2019 Top 50 Outstanding & Yahoo Finance LGBT+ Future Leaders list, he’s also spoken at the House of Commons on the impact of anti-LGBT+ laws across the Commonwealth. Additionally, in 2018 Liam co-founded Checking-IN, an industry network for LGBT+ professionals and allies working in the hospitality industry.
