Mahmoud is a DEI consultant, cross-cultural trainer and human rights activist. He travelled as a refugee to Spain and is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ and Arab-Muslim communities, which has given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by various underrepresented groups. Mahmoud believes that organizations and corporations have it in their power to make a crucial positive impact on the world we live in. Mahmoud is fluent in six languages, which allows him to connect with social groups from different countries and cultural realities, which is essential for promoting diversity. Mahmoud is committed to guiding change makers in organizations to identify and dismantle these barriers, paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable environment.
