Nick

Nick has thirty years of experience as a mindfulness practitioner, including seven years as a Buddhist monk and brings a calm, centred and grounded presence to the session. His sessions are client led, so respond to the needs of each person. Nick has led the London Gay men’s mindfulness group since 2009. He is trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy course (MBCT) for depression and anxiety, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), self-care practices that boost self-care skills and empathy as well as lucid dreaming for trauma release
