Obella is a DEI specialist, licensed Psychology Associate, and creative artist. He has years of experience in creating growth environments for individuals and organizations, and is passionate about using his expertise to empower people to be the most authentic versions of themselves. As The Radical Empath, Obella's unique perspective as a Black, queer, second-generation East African man allows him to reframe toxic belief systems and decolonize them in order to create an accepting community of healing. Obella is a sought-after speaker on topics such as mental health and how it relates to identity, intersectionality, and social justice issues. His ultimate goal is to help people embrace their true selves, and to create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
