Paula is a biracial queer Spaniard-Ghanaian, who is passionate about her working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is interested in understanding how our differences and similitudes play a vital role in shaping our lives. By interrogating her own blackness and race, Paula has embarked on a journey of activism, joining different communities and groups to connect with others.
