Sabah
Sabah is an award-winning reluctant activist on most things trans, brown and hairy. TEDx speaker, writer and psychotherapist. Sabah co-founded Trans Pride Brighton and made The Rainbow List, celebrating 101 of the most influential LGBT people in Britain. Sabah has built a presence across Europe, speaking at ILGA Europe, IDAHOT Brussels, Malmö Pride about intersectionality and identity. With 10 years of experience in trans youth work, currently a Director of Colours Youth Network supporting LGBTQ POC young people and Director of Middlesex Pride. Current Vice-Chair at the Inclusive Mosque Initiative, dedicated to creating inclusive, safer places for marginalised Muslims. Proud author of 'Supporting Trans People of Colour: How To Make Your Practice Inclusive.' Based in West London, their passions also include fostering cats and talking to houseplants.
