Zach is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development specialist with over a decade of professional experience working for major brands all over the world (such as Bloomingdale's and Bloomberg). Now based in the US and running his own consultancy, XYZ Leadership, he brings that spirit of teamwork, communication, and curiosity to leaders every day - whether it's individuals finding their own voice or managing massive change efforts across an organization. In 2018, Zach won the RAHM LGBT Leadership Contest in London and is passionate about helping others in the queer space gain the tools to make an impact in their worlds.
